What You Will Do
Install roofing systems (concrete tile, asphalt, cedar, metal) with tight tolerances.
Follow established procedures that function like checklists in an aircraft cockpit, precise, predictable, and safe.
Keep job sites clean and orderly so inspectors trust your work before they even climb the ladder.
Maintain a professional rhythm with your crew, steady, coordinated, predictable.
Deliver builds that pass inspection the first time, because you planned for excellence from the start.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of residential roofing experience
Proficiency with multiple roofing materials
Strong understanding of safety protocols
Ability to lift and carry 80-plus lbs
Valid driver’s license
Clean background and drug-free
U.S. citizen or valid work visa
What You Will Get
$85,000 to $110,000 plus annually based on experience and performance
